If you are new to coaching, coaching can be one of the most powerful and impactful engagements that can accelerate you towards reaching your goals or overcome challenges that are limiting in your life.
The aim is to support your journey of self-discovery whilst maximising your personal and professional potential.
What do I mean by that?
Coaching in a 1:1 setting is aimed at helping you to discover and reach your goals and/or work through a challenging situation that could be holding you back from realising your desired reality. These could include overwhelm, fears, anxiety, or limiting beliefs.
By definition, coaching is actively and intuitively listening to you as the client, asking powerful questions, and helping you to identify and reach a goal.
It can result in breakthroughs, realisations about yourself, accelerating the path to achieving results, overcoming fears and beliefs that are overshadowing your reality and much more.
Coaching can also help to rewire beliefs embedded in one's subconscious, which is the key to lasting results that have a positive impact on the client. This is why coaching is so powerful!
I always say that coaching is an 'opt-in' - meaning you must be open to growth, willing to put in the inner work to understand yourself and where your patterns stem from, and then implement the changes into your life.
As a coach my role is to hold up a mirror to you using powerful questioning and coaching techniques to discover your biggest visions whilst meeting you where your needs are today. Think of it also as a safe space to unload and work through what's showing up in your life, whilst working towards your goal(s).
